Hello! I'm Alison Jackson, the founder of Alison Jackson Hypnotherapy.

My journey into this field began after welcoming my third child into the world. Struggling with stress, irritability, and a sense of unhappiness, I realised I wasn't embodying the kind of caring, joyful mother I aspired to be.

Serendipitously, I stumbled upon a hypnosis app, which I started using during my son's afternoon naps.

The results were astounding – increased presence, improved mood, and a newfound sense of wellbeing.

This experience ignited a passion within me to share these transformative tools with others.

As a certified hypnotherapist and a master practitioner in NLP and Time Line Therapy, I've dedicated myself to continuous growth and learning.

I've witnessed firsthand the remarkable shifts that occur during my sessions. Clients come in carrying the weight of stress and anxiety, and they leave with calm, hope, and direction. Some, especially those looking to quit smoking, leave as non-smokers, forever liberated from the grip of cigarettes.

For me, this journey is personal. I've traversed the path from unhappiness to empowerment, and I continue to explore the depths of the mind and the boundless potential it holds.

The women I work with share a common journey of rediscovery. As children grow older and become more independent, women often find themselves at a crossroads, seeking to redefine their identities and aspirations beyond the role of a mother.

My goal is to guide you through this pivotal phase, fostering happiness, purpose, and a renewed sense of self.
